MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Musella is a seasoned Patent Attorney with over three decades of experience before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. As the managing partner, he leads the firm’s patent division and advises clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Mr. Musella holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and has successfully secured patents for clients in diverse fields such as cellular communication technologies, cellular telephone apparatuses and methods, electronic circuits and systems, software and method systems, semiconductor manufacturing and design, radar system design and maintenance, audio-visual systems design and integration, and mechanical systems.
