Ms. Gannon is a registered Patent Attorney with substantial experience is patent preparation and prosecution, designing and managing IP portfolios, opinion work, strategic prosecution, enforcement, and drafting and negotiating various IP agreements and settlements. She handles a breadth of technologies including alternative energy, bioremediation, medical devices and therapeutics, sports and recreational equipment, and infrastructure. She also counsels clients on trademark matters including trademark prosecution and enforcement. She has given IP law presentations to attorneys, small business groups and companies.
