Brandon M. Callahan

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Brandon M. Callahan completed his undergraduate studies at Baruch College in New York City where he designed an individualized major in Pharmaceutical Law.  He focused his studies on Chemistry, Biology and Legal courses.  He obtained his JD from Touro University – Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he received the “Excellence for the Future Award” (presented by The Center for Computer-Assisted Legal instruction) for being at the top of his Intellectual Property Law Class.  Prior to graduating, he interned at Dilworth & Barrese, LLP and upon successful completion of the Uniform Bar Exam, he returned as an attorney.  Mr. Callahan is experienced with both domestic and international patent prosecution matters spanning a wide range of technological areas, trademark prosecution matters and various other intellectual property matters.
