Stephen R. Barrese is a dedicated Attorney with over 20 years of experience. As the managing partner, he leads the firm’s trademark division and advises clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters including trademarks, unfair competition, copyrights, internet-related matters, trademark research, clearance, prosecution, enforcement and maintenance of both foreign and domestic registrations, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and licensing and coexistence agreements. Stephen has given lectures on U.S. trademark law throughout the world including China and South Korea.
