Mr. Musella is a registered Patent Attorney and has over 15 years of experience practicing before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He counsels clients on all patent, trademark and copyright matters, and related intellectual property matters. The fields of technology in which Mr. Musella has prosecuted and obtained patents include cellular communication technologies based on CDMA, TDMA, FDMA, OFDM, OFDMA, and 3G and 4G standards, cellular telephone apparatuses and methods, electronic circuits and systems, software and method systems, semiconductor manufacturing and design, radar system design and maintenance, audio-visual systems design and integration, and mechanical systems.
